IGR PR TYPHAST ZSAMI
7.12.09 - 1.10.18
GCCF: - Imperial Grand Premier
TICA: - Supreme Grand Champion Alter
FIFE: - Supreme Premier National Winner & Distinguished Show Merit
Zsami is a beautiful doughnut rosetted, brown spotted boy. He has a lovely cheery disposition, is full of beans and full of beams!! He is from the prestigious Typhast Bengals from Sunbury-on-Thames and bred by Barrie and Rosie Alger-Street who where the first breeders in the UK to introduce the Bengal breed to this country.
His colour is stunning, being of a rich rufus colour, much admired by Judges and exhibitors alike. He has been showing since he was four months old and at present he is the most titled Bengal in the UK, amassing 15 titles across all three Registries, whilst showing in France, Belgium and the Republic of Ireland, as well as the UK. He is truly a joy to show and travel with, and is a great favourite on the UK show scene. I feel very lucky to have found such a worthy successor to my lovely Ziggi, who's success on the show bench was legendary.
Zsami loves his show days and loves his hotel stays - eager to come out of his carrier and explore a new room and sit at the window to see what 'outside' looks like in another part of the country!
Like all my cats, Zsami is allowed to roam free. Living in an isolated situation and being 1/4 mile down a rough track, they have no need to go near a road, and indeed choose not to as they have fields, woods and barns in which to hunt and lead the natural life of a cat. I often think that the varied life that they lead here contributes to their acceptance and enjoyment of their life on the show bench - though, as with little Bengie, that isn't always the case!
One thing about this delightful boy is that he does love showing off and posing for photographs, so please have a look at his own little photo gallery.
Below is a photo collage of a lot of the cats in his pedigree and as you can see, he comes from a long line of celebrated show cats.
